Marketing Manager

Working in a busy, exciting and fast-moving marketing and press office, you will promote the work of The Rep in an imaginative, relevant and data driven way.
You will focus on production campaign planning and delivery to develop audience retention, loyalty and frequency and grow audiences to meet ambitious financial and audience-widening targets. You will also work on non-production campaigns including those for Creative Learning and Talent Development projects. You will be responsible for data collation, analysis and reporting for internal and external use, in line with the latest GDPR regulations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong record of meeting sales targets, managing campaigns, and handling budgets effectively. They will be confident working with CRM systems, databases, website CMS platforms, and standard office software, with excellent written communication, strong numeracy and literacy, and a sharp eye for detail and design. The role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks under pressure, communicate diplomatically, work collaboratively, and engage confidently with digital platforms. An interest in theatre is essential, alongside a willingness to learn new skills and occasionally work evenings or weekends. Experience with tools such as Spektrix, Wordpress, and data analysis platforms, as well as knowledge of GDPR and previous work in a producing theatre, would be advantageous.
